The Porto Buriti is located at the Beach of “Caburé”, an ecological paradise among the Lençóis Maranhenses, at the edge of the river “Rio Preguiças” and the Atlantic Ocean. It is neighboring the villages of “Mandacaru” and “Atins”, where are placed the fishermen communities and the lighthouse that guides the navigators at night.

There are even more: a restaurant, swimming pools for children and adults, good areas with hammock for resting, a pier (good for fishing and watching the sunset), a oservation deck and a little square, good places to admire the stars and the moonlight and listen to the peaceful sound of the waves.

The casiest and most pleasant access is traveled by boats and speed-boats.
